Financial Policy

 

We strive to provide every patient with exceptional patient care. We take pride in the fact that you chose us for your oral healthcare needs. We also appreciate the relationships we have built with our patients and community.

 

We provide dental treatment with the expectation of payment for services rendered. The payment for most services cannot be refunded because the service provided cannot be returned. Any services that would include the assistance of a dental laboratory (i.e. dentures, crowns, partials, bridges, etc.) are unique to each individual patient and therefore cannot be resold, reworked, or reused for another patient.

 

In the case that your account has a credit you will be informed and given the choice to receive the credit amount as a refund check or leave it as a credit for future appointments.

 

For extensive treatment we offer a variety of payment plans and outside financing. Our Financial Coordinator is available to discuss this with.
