Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a fee charge of $50-$100. This fee is applicable at the discretion of Knutson Family Dentistry. Should you need to cancel your appointment due to illness we will push your appointment out a minimum of two weeks to ensure the health of both you and our staff. Please help us maintain the highest quality of care by keeping scheduled appointments.

• As a courtesy our system generates reminder calls and text messages reminding you of your scheduled appointment.
• Repeated missed appointments may result in being dismissed as a patient.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
