We also appreciate the relationships we have built with our patients and community. We provide dental treatment with the expectation of payment for services rendered.

Under this refund policy, the payment for most services cannot be refunded because the service provided cannot be returned.  Any services that would include the assistance of a dental laboratory (ie. dentures, crowns, partials, bridges, etc.) are unique to each individual patient and therefore cannot be resold, reworked, or reused for another patient.  If you are unsatisfied with the services you’ve received at Knutson Family Dentistry or together we establish that the quality of the product delivered is not good/ non- functional and we are not able to correct the problem in a reasonable manner then a refund will be considered.
